1.Made of 100% brand-new PU raw material, with smooth and polished surface, with small bending radius in very good flexibility.
2.ROSH, SGS certified. No softener included.
3.With good oxygen resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance.
4.operating temperature: -30℃～70℃, service life: 5+ years
5.Online diameter control system, diameter tolerance within ±0.2mm.
6.High transparency of the transparent tubes, the flowing status of the medium clearly visible.
7.Plastic pigments with very good weather-resistance, makes the colored tube bright, standard, and with good fastness even after long-time usage.
8.Widely used on all kinds of pneumatic tools, pneumatic automated machines, air compressors, and the connection pneumatic assembly etc.
Attentions
1.Be careful when the ambient temperature or the fluid temperature is over 60℃.
2.Be careful when the ambient or the fluid is with the strong corrosivity such as strong acid, strong base and strong solvent. The possibility of the tube explosion exists in the severe corrosion environment.
3.Long time storage in the humid environment causes cracking because of the hydrolysis.
